Choose a VPS
After logging in to the XM “Member Page”, click ” Trading Tools ” from the left menu and select ” VPS “.

Check your email
After completing your VPS request, Beeks will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours to your registered email address. Once you receive this email, your VPS request will be complete, and if you applied under paid terms, the fee will be deducted from your trading account.

If you apply for a paid VPS with XM, if you apply in the middle of the month, the amount calculated based on the number of days remaining at the time of application will be deducted. Please note that the amount deducted will vary depending on the timing of your application.
XM VPS can be terminated at any time
You can cancel your XM VPS at any time from the member page. After logging in to the member page, select “VPS” from the menu on the left and click “Cancel Service” at the bottom of the page to complete the cancellation procedure. Please note that once the procedure is complete, the cancellation procedure will proceed and you will no longer be able to use the VPS. Also, if you have subscribed to XM’s VPS for a fee, you will need to pay the monthly fee of $28 even if you cancel your service mid-month. Please note that we do not offer refunds based on the number of days remaining.

How to connect to XM VPS (Virtual Private Server)
Here’s how to connect to XMTrading’s VPS (Virtual Private Server).
Download RDP file
After completing your VPS request , confirm the ” IP address ,” ” username ,” and ” password ” listed in the email you received . Click ” Download RDP File ” in the email to download the RDP file (a configuration file required for remote desktop connection) required to use the VPS.
Launch your VPS
Once the RDP file has finished downloading, type ” Remote Desktop Connection ” in the search box on the taskbar. When the search results appear, click ” Remote Desktop Connection .”
Connect to your VPS
Enter the IP address provided in the email and click ” Connect .”
When the Windows confirmation screen appears, click ” Yes ” to proceed with the remote desktop connection.
Log in to your VPS
When the login screen appears, select the ” username ” listed in the email sent to you by Beeks and enter your ” password .”

Please note that for security reasons, you must enter your password manually.
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password. Click ” OK ” to change it to a new password.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both uppercase and lowercase letters and one number.
Log in to VPS successfully
Once the desktop screen appears, you have successfully logged in to your VPS (Virtual Private Server).
Once you have logged in to your VPS, install XM’s MT4/MT5 on your VPS and start trading.
XM’s VPS (Virtual Private Server) has certain conditions for use, and you can continue to use it by meeting the conditions every month. Please note that if you do not meet the conditions on the renewal date, you may not be able to continue using it. Please note the following when using XM’s VPS.
The number of lots that meet the free VPS conditions differs for micro accounts.
To use XMTrading’s VPS (Virtual Private Server) for free, you will need to complete a trade of 5 standard lots or 500 micro lots. Please note that only for micro accounts, 1 lot is 1,000 units, so the number of lots required to meet the free conditions is different .
The free VPS conditions must be met every month
XM (XM) determines whether you have met the VPS (Virtual Private Server) usage requirements on the 1st of each month. To continue using the service for free, you must have traded 5 standard lots or 500 micro lots round trip over the past 30 days, and the total balance of all accounts must be at least $1,000 (equivalent). Please note that if you do not meet the requirements as of the 1st of each month, you will be charged or your service will be suspended. If you do not meet the free requirements and are required to use the service for a fee, you can use the VPS for free again the following month if you meet the free requirements.
Account balances below $28 will be suspended
Please note that at XM, if you do not meet the free or paid VPS (Virtual Private Server) terms and conditions as of the 1st of each month, your VPS will be suspended. On the renewal date of your XM VPS, a determination is made as to whether the free terms apply. If the free terms are not applied, and the trading account you applied for the VPS with does not have the equivalent of $28 in paid fees deposited, your VPS will be suspended as you will not meet the paid terms . Please note that, unlike the free terms, paid terms do not require you to combine the balances of multiple accounts to determine eligibility.
If you do not meet the terms of use for both free and paid accounts as of the 1st, XM will contact you via your registered email address with details such as the deadline for suspension. If you continue to use XM’s VPS, please pay attention to the status of fulfillment of the terms of use and the balance of your trading account.
