Withdraw from your XM account with STICPAY

If you select STICPAY from the XM member page and apply for a withdrawal, the withdrawal will be processed by XM within 24 business hours, and the funds will be transferred to your STICPAY account at the same time as the withdrawal is processed.

In accordance with XM’s withdrawal rules, withdrawals via STICPAY are limited to the total amount deposited via STICPAY . Profits must be withdrawn via domestic bank transfer (Japan). There are no fees for withdrawals via STICPAY .

XM is currently not accepting deposits via STICPAY, however, customers with a history of deposits via STICPAY can request a withdrawal up to the total amount previously deposited via STICPAY.

1. Steps: 1

   Login to XM Member Page

   Please log in to your XMTrading “Member Page” using your registered email address and password. If you have not created an XMTrading profile, please use your MT4/MT5 login ID and password.

   Log in to the member page

   

   

   1. At XM, with the introduction of the new account management feature, XMTrading Profile, the login ID for the member page has been changed from MT4/MT5 ID to email address. If you have converted to a profile or registered a profile, you will not be able to log in with your MT4/MT5 ID, so please be sure to log in to the member page using your registered email address.

   Select the withdrawal menu

   After logging in to the XM “Member Page”, click “Deposit/Withdrawal” from the home screen.

   Select a withdrawal method

   When you click “Withdraw”, the withdrawal methods will be displayed. In the “STICPAY” section, ① select the STICPAY account you want to designate as the withdrawal destination, and ② click “Withdraw”.

   「STICPAY」の項目で、①出金先に指定するSTICPAYアカウントを選択し、②「出金」をタップします。

   1. Withdrawals to STICPAY are only available if you have previously deposited funds into your XM account using STICPAY. If you have no history of depositing funds using STICPAY, STICPAY will not be displayed as an option in the withdrawal method list.

   Enter withdrawal information

   ① Make sure that the STICPAY registered email address you wish to use as the withdrawal destination is displayed, ② Enter the withdrawal amount, ③ Check the checkbox after reading the Withdrawal Terms and Conditions, and ④ Click “Submit Request.”

   1. XM has
      a priority order for withdrawal methods
      , and if you have previously deposited funds to your XM account using a credit/debit card, withdrawals using a credit/debit card will take priority over withdrawals using STICPAY. In addition, the amount you can withdraw using STICPAY is limited to the amount you deposited using STICPAY.
5. Steps: 5

   Withdrawal request completed

   Your withdrawal request to STICPAY has been completed. Your withdrawal will now be processed at XMTrading. The withdrawal process will be completed within 24 business hours.

   

   

6. Once the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, an email with the subject “Withdrawal Processing Completion Notification” will be sent to your registered email address. After the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, the funds will be deposited into your STICPAY account immediately, so please check.

1. Is there a withdrawal limit when withdrawing from XM via STICPAY?

   Yes, when withdrawing from XM via STICPAY, you can withdraw up to the amount you deposited with STICPAY. You cannot withdraw an amount greater than the amount you deposited into STICPAY or profits. To withdraw profits, please use domestic bank transfer. There is no withdrawal limit for bank transfers.

2. If I withdraw money from my XM account via STICPAY, will there be any fees?

   No, there is no fee for withdrawing from your XM trading account to STICPAY. However, if you withdraw from STICPAY via domestic bank transfer, a withdrawal fee of 800 yen + 1.5% of the transfer amount will be charged. For example, if you withdraw 10,000 yen from STICPAY, a fee of 950 yen (800 yen + 150 yen) will be charged.

3. STICPAY does not appear in the XM withdrawal list.

   If you have no history of deposits using STICPAY, STICPAY will not appear in the list of withdrawal methods at XM. If you have previously deposited funds into your XM trading account using STICPAY, but it does not appear in the list of withdrawal methods, please contact the XM Support Desk.

4. If I withdraw money from my XM account via STICPAY, how long will it take for the money to arrive?

   After you request a withdrawal, XM will complete the withdrawal process within 24 business hours. Once the withdrawal process is complete on XM, the funds will be reflected in your STICPAY account immediately. If you withdraw funds from your STICPAY account via bank transfer, it will take at least 2-5 business days.

5. Can I withdraw my XM profits via STICPAY?

   No, XM profits cannot be withdrawn via STICPAY. STICPAY withdrawals can only be made up to the total amount deposited via STICPAY. If you make a profit from trading, please first withdraw the amount deposited via STICPAY, and then use a domestic bank transfer to withdraw your profits.
