Furthermore, there are no withdrawal fees for domestic bank transfers, making it a recommended withdrawal method for those looking to keep costs down.     Login to XM Member Page

    Please log in to your XMTrading “Member Page” using your registered email address and password. If you have not created an XMTrading profile, please use your MT4/MT5 login ID and password.

    Select a withdrawal method

    Click “Withdrawal” and the withdrawal methods will be displayed. Click “Local Bank Transfer”.

      priority for withdrawal methods
      , and if you have previously deposited funds into your XM account via credit/debit card or online wallet, withdrawals via credit/debit card or online wallet will be given priority over withdrawals via domestic bank transfer (Japan).

    Enter withdrawal information

    ① Enter the recipient’s information, ② the recipient’s bank information, ③ the withdrawal amount, ④ check the withdrawal terms and conditions, and ⑤ click “Submit Request.”

      All registrations will be in English

      Example: Rakuten Bank → RAKUTEN BANK, LTD.

    2. SWIFT code:

      Financial institution identification code, consisting of 8 to 11 alphabetic characters, used to identify the bank (please contact your bank)

      Example) Rakuten Bank → RAKTJPJT

    3. Bank location:

      Register the branch address in alphabetical order.

      Example: 1-1-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo
       → 1-1-1 Akasaka Minato-ku Tokyo

    4. Branch Name:

      Register the branch name in alphabetical order + “Branch”

      Example) Akasaka Branch → Akasaka Branch

    5. Branch Code:

      Branch-specific three-digit number

    1. You cannot register an online bank without a SWIFT code as a withdrawal bank.
      We recommend that you check in advance for
      unavailable banks (within Japan) .

    Withdrawal request completed

    Your withdrawal request via domestic bank transfer (Japan) has been completed. Your withdrawal will now be processed by XMTrading. Withdrawals will be completed within 24 business hours.

  6. Once the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, an email with the subject “Withdrawal Processing Completion Notification” will be sent from XM to your registered email address. After the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, the remittance will be processed by your bank, and the funds will be deposited into your designated bank account within 2 to 5 banking days.

    1. The settlement agency fee will be automatically deducted from the amount transferred to your bank account if you withdraw less than 400,000 yen.
