Withdrawing funds from your XM account with a credit/debit card
If you select a credit card/debit card from the XMTrading member page and apply for a withdrawal, the withdrawal process will be completed by XM within 24 business hours, and the refund will be processed within one week to one month (depending on the card company).
In accordance with XM’s withdrawal rules, withdrawals via credit/debit card are limited to the total amount deposited on the same card . If you have deposited profits or a JCB card (XM does not accept JCB card withdrawals), please withdraw via domestic bank transfer (Japan). There are no fees for withdrawals via credit/debit card .

Login to XM Member Page
Please log in to your XMTrading “Member Page” using your registered email address and password. If you have not created an XMTrading profile, please use your MT4/MT5 login ID and password.

At XM, with the introduction of the new account management feature, XMTrading Profile, the login ID for the member page has been changed from MT4/MT5 ID to email address. If you have converted to a profile or registered a profile, you will not be able to log in with your MT4/MT5 ID, so please be sure to log in to the member page using your registered email address.

Select the withdrawal menu
After logging in to the XM “Member Page”, click “Deposit/Withdrawal” from the home screen.

Select a withdrawal method
Click “Withdrawal” to display a list of withdrawal methods, then click “Credit/Debit Cards.”

Withdrawals to credit/debit cards are only available if you have previously deposited funds into your XM account by card, up to the total amount deposited by card. If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding the total amount deposited, please use another withdrawal method, such as domestic bank transfer.

Enter the withdrawal amount
① Enter the withdrawal amount, ② Check the withdrawal terms and conditions, check the checkbox, and ③ click “Submit Request.”

Withdrawal request completed
Your credit/debit card withdrawal request has been completed. XM will now process your withdrawal. Withdrawals will be completed within 24 business hours.

Once the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, an email with the subject “Withdrawal to credit card has been processed” will be sent to your registered email address. After the withdrawal procedure is completed at XM, the refund will be processed to your credit card/debit card within about 5 business days.

For withdrawals made by credit card/debit card, the card’s usage history will be canceled and the refund will be made by the card company. The time it takes for the withdrawal to be made varies depending on the card company, so if it is taking a long time, please contact your card company.

If I withdraw money from XM, how long will it take for the funds to arrive after I request the withdrawal?
Normally, after XM processes the withdrawal, it takes about one week to one month for the refund process to be reflected by the credit card company. If the closing date has not yet arrived after the deposit, the withdrawal will be processed in the same month, offsetting the bill for the amount used, but if the closing date has passed, the refund will be processed from the following month onwards.

If I have deposited funds into XM using multiple credit cards, how do I apply for a withdrawal?
At XM, if you deposit funds using multiple cards, withdrawals will be prioritized from the most recently used credit/debit card. To withdraw funds, log in to the member page, click “Withdraw Funds,” and proceed with the withdrawal method of your choice. Please note that you cannot specify the card to which you would like your funds withdrawn when requesting a withdrawal.

My credit card has already been charged, but how will XM handle the withdrawal process in this case?
At XM, withdrawals made by credit card/debit card will be refunded by cancelling the card payment. If the card charge has already been debited from your bank account, the refund will be made by offsetting the amount from your next invoice or by transferring the funds to that bank account.
