Deposit funds into your XM account with a credit/debit card

If you select credit card/debit card (VISA card/JCB card) from the XM member page and proceed with the deposit procedure, the funds will be reflected in your XM trading account in real time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year . There is no deposit fee when depositing by credit card/debit card .

If you deposit funds into your XM trading account using a credit card/debit card, the amount that can be withdrawn to your credit card/debit card will be limited to the amount deposited . Before depositing, please check XM’s withdrawal rules and deposit funds using an appropriate method.

1. Steps: 1

   Login to XM Member Page

   Please log in to the XMTrading “Member Page” using the login ID (MT4/MT5 ID) and password sent to your registered email address.

   1. At XM, with the introduction of the new account management feature, XMTrading Profile, the login ID for the member page has been changed from MT4/MT5 ID to email address. If you have converted to a profile or registered a profile, you will not be able to log in with your MT4/MT5 ID, so please be sure to log in to the member page using your registered email address.

   Select the deposit menu

   After logging in to the XM “Member Page”, click “Deposit/Withdrawal”.

   Choose a deposit method

   On the deposit method list screen, click “Credit/Debit Cards.”

   入金方法一覧画面にて、「Credit/Debit Cards」をタップします。

   1. Please select the button for the card brand (VISA or JCB) you will use to make the deposit.
   2. JCB cards

      will not be displayed as a deposit option until identity verification (
      activation of real account ) has been completed. If you wish to deposit with a JCB card, please complete identity verification (activation of real account) before using the card.
   3. JCB cards can only be used if the base currency of your XM trading account is “Japanese Yen (JPY)” or “US Dollar (USD).” (They cannot be used if the base currency is “European Euro (EUR).”)

   Enter the deposit amount

   ①Enter the deposit amount and ②Click “Deposit.”

   1. If you choose JCB card, the minimum deposit amount is 10,000 yen.

   Confirm the account number and deposit amount

   Check the trading account number (XM trading account ID) and the deposit amount, then click “Confirm.”

   入金先の取引口座番号（XMの取引口座ID）と入金額を確認し、「確定」をタップします。

   Enter your card information

   ①Enter the card information for the credit/debit card you wish to use, ②Select whether to save the card information (optional), and ③Click “Pay.” Please note that the card information entry screen will differ depending on the card brand you use.

   ご利用頂くクレジットカード/デビットカードの、①カード情報を入力し、②カード情報を保存するかを選択（任意）し、③「支払う」をタップします。尚、カード情報の入力画面はご利用のカードブランドによって異なります。

   

   

7. What is the CVV2/CVC2 number?

   The CVV2/CVC2 number is a 3-4 digit security code printed on the back of your card, in the upper right corner of the signature panel . For VISA and JCB cards, the CVV2/CVC2 number is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of your card.

   Check the payment details screen

   Once the card deposit is complete, a screen will appear stating “Deposit request completed.” Clicking “x” will return you to the XMTrading “Member Page.”

9. After the deposit procedure, the balance will be added to your XMTrading trading account immediately, and you will receive a notification from XM confirming that the balance has been added. Please confirm that the deposit amount has been added to your trading account balance.

   Yes, there is a maximum amount that can be deposited by credit card/debit card. At XM, the maximum amount that can be deposited varies depending on the card brand, and for VISA cards, the maximum amount that can be deposited is 800,000 yen per transaction, and for JCB cards, the maximum amount that can be deposited is 300,000 yen per transaction.
