They also offer online support through Japanese live chat during the same hours.With live chat, you can communicate with an operator in real time. If you encounter any issues with your trading tools, the operator will understand your situation and assist you in resolving the problem quickly.

XMTrading provides free trading signals twice daily to customers with real accounts. Signals are posted on the member’s page from 16:00–16:30 and 22:00–22:30 Japan time (15:00–15:30 and 21:00–21:30 during daylight saving time). Signals are available for a total of 10 products: six FX currency pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, USD/JPY, GBP/USD, EUR/JPY, AUD/USD), one precious metal (GOLD), two stock index CFDs (US30, JP225), and one energy product (OIL).

Signals are distributed from 16:00 to 16:30 and 22:00 to 22:30 Japan time, coinciding with the start and end of the European and New York sessions, making them useful as a reference for your daily trading strategy. Trade direction (buy/sell) signals are provided along with chart analysis by XMTrading’s chief technical strategist on three timeframes: hourly, 4-hourly, and daily. Some signals also include suggested prices for entry, take-profit, and stop-loss levels.
