Deposit funds into your XM account using bitwallet

If you select bitwallet from the XMTrading member page and proceed with the deposit procedure, the funds will be reflected in your XM trading account in real time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year . There is no deposit fee when depositing via bitwallet . bitwallet deposits can only be made to trading accounts in JPY (Japanese Yen) . Deposits via bitwallet cannot be made to trading accounts in USD (US Dollar) or EUR (European Euro).

If you deposit funds into your XM trading account via bitwallet, the amount that can be withdrawn to bitwallet will be limited to the amount deposited . Before depositing funds, please check XM’s withdrawal rules and deposit funds using an appropriate method.

Steps: 1

Login to XM Member Page

Please log in to your XMTrading “Member Page” using your registered email address and password. If you have not created an XMTrading profile, please use your MT4/MT5 login ID and password.

Log in to the member page
1. At XM, with the introduction of the new account management feature, XMTrading Profile, the login ID for the member page has been changed from MT4/MT5 ID to email address. If you have converted to a profile or registered a profile, you will not be able to log in with your MT4/MT5 ID, so please be sure to log in to the member page using your registered email address.

Select the deposit menu

After logging in to the XM “Member Page”, click “Deposit/Withdrawal”.

Choose a deposit method

On the deposit method list screen, click “bitwallet.”

1. At XMTrading, you can only use bitwallet to deposit funds if the base currency of your trading account is Japanese Yen (JPY). If the base currency is US Dollar (USD) or Euro (EUR), bitwallet will not be displayed as a deposit option.

Enter the deposit amount

①Enter your bitwallet account (your registered bitwallet email address), ②Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and ③Click “Deposit.”

Confirmation of deposit information

Check the XMTrading trading account to deposit to, the deposit amount, and your bitwallet account (your bitwallet registered email address), then click “Confirm.”

入金先のXMTrading（エックスエム）取引口座、入金額、bitwallet口座（bitwalletのご登録メールアドレス）を確認し、「確定」をタップします。

Log in to the bitwallet website

You will be redirected to the bitwallet website and the login screen will be displayed. ① After confirming that the email address registered with bitwallet is entered, ② enter your password, ③ check the box for authentication to prevent unauthorized access, and ④ click “Login.”

Confirm payment information

Verify the payment information and click “Pay.”

Check the status of your funds transfer

Once the payment is complete, “Complete” will be displayed on the screen. Click “Return to Merchant Screen” to return to the XMTrading “Member Page”.

支払いが完了しましたら、画面に「完了」が表示されます。「マーチャント画面に戻る」をタップしますと、XMTrading（エックスエム）の『会員ページ』に戻ります。

Completing the payment process

When the message “Deposit request completed” is displayed, the payment procedure via bitwallet is complete.
After the deposit procedure, the balance will be added to your XMTrading trading account immediately, and you will receive a notification from XM confirming that the balance has been added. Please confirm that the deposit amount has been added to your trading account balance. (You will also receive a notification from bitwallet confirming the transfer has been completed.)
