Deposit funds into your XM account via domestic bank transfer (Japan)

If you confirm the deposit destination bank information on the XMTrading member page and transfer the funds via online banking, the funds will be reflected in your XM trading account within 30 minutes to an hour during bank business hours. When depositing via domestic bank transfer (Japan), there is no deposit fee if the deposit amount is 10,000 yen or more, but the transfer fee (0 to 880 yen) will be borne by the customer.

    Login to XM Member Page

    Please log in to your XMTrading “Member Page” using your registered email address and password. If you have not created an XMTrading profile, please use your MT4/MT5 login ID and password.

    1. At XM, with the introduction of the new account management feature, XMTrading Profile, the login ID for the member page has been changed from MT4/MT5 ID to email address. If you have converted to a profile or registered a profile, you will not be able to log in with your MT4/MT5 ID, so please be sure to log in to the member page using your registered email address.

    On the deposit method list screen, click “Local Bank Transfer.”

    Check the trading account number (XM trading account ID) and the deposit amount, then click “Confirm.”

    Enter your name

    Enter the name of the account holder from which you will make the transfer in katakana and click “Continue payment.”

    Verify your bank account information and transfer the funds

    The bank account information for the deposit will be displayed. Please transfer the funds to the displayed bank account within 60 minutes. Payment can be made via online banking.

    1. Bank transfer information may vary depending on the customer.
    2. Please note that if you enter any information different from the displayed transfer information, the transfer will not be completed correctly.
    3. Please complete the transfer procedure via online banking (net banking) within 60 minutes from the account name entered in step 6.
    4. Transfers via ATM are possible, but not recommended. If you transfer via ATM, be sure to keep the “transfer statement” that will be issued after the transaction is completed.
    5. If you deposit an amount other than the displayed amount, the amount will be reflected in your account later, and the actual amount will be reflected or refunded. Please note that in such cases, bank fees will be charged separately.
    6. If the deposit is not reflected in your XMTrading trading account, please contact the XM Support Desk.
    7. The transfer information displayed can only be used once. If your payment fails for any reason, please make a new payment through the website you are using.
    8. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please make the payment again from the member page and make the payment to the updated bank account.

  8. Once the funds have been received by your designated bank, you will receive a notification from XMTrading confirming that the funds have been added to your balance. If the transfer is made during banking hours, the funds will be added to your XM trading account within one hour. Please confirm that the deposit amount has been added to your trading account balance.
